This butter can be summed up in four words; rich, creamy, and knockout delicious. I found Kerrygold’s Pure Irish Butter at Publix, which also carries three other Kerrygold butter varieties. I was acquainated with Kerrygold butters and cheeses at Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival last year and have treated myself to Kerrygold ever since. @OrgasmicChef This butter is the kind that makes me close my eyes to relish its yummy richness. I try to get a grip on myself and eat real butter like sweets — sparingly — but it’s so hard!
