Marilyn likes her bagels layered with gobs of cream cheese and sliced strawberries, her meat medium rare, and her potatoes steamed with fresh dill, butter, and a pinch of rough salt. Her idea of comfort food means anything with meat, bread, or potatoes. Noticing a trend? Marilyn is a University of Central Florida alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, and explores Orlando’s food scene with her other half, Adam. She shares both the bitter and sweet experiences with anyone who will listen — always hopeful, always by the forkful.
